Yes, CareLift team members have extensive experience assisting elderly individuals, clients with disabilities, and those living with dementia. Every team member is background checked, screened, and trained in safety procedures.
Can I schedule recurring appointments?
Absolutely. CareLift can arrange recurring transportation for weekly appointments, therapy sessions, errands, or regular outings.
Will someone stay with me during appointments or assist while shopping?
Yes. CareLift provides door-to-door assistance and companion support based on your individual needs. We are happy to assist during outings and appointments when arranged in advance.
How long can I book CareLift services?
CareLift specializes in both short local trips and longer outings or excursions. The vehicle can also accommodate up to three additional family members, friends, or caregivers.
When is payment collected?
Payment is collected after services are completed and the client has safely returned home. All services are quoted and agreed upon in advance. We accept cash and credit cards. Insurance is not accepted.
